How Should My Cervix Feel 2 Days Before Ovulation

Trail Salomon 2010 Ubaye

A trail last 20 days of preparation for the UTMB. Barcelonnette direction in the Alpes de Haute Provence for the 6th edition of Trail Ubaye Solomon. Publishing Finisher 2008, 2010 promises more new air routes and technical program with still 42 kilometers and 2500 meters of elevation gain.
I found Yves (cf. Trail06 ) who came to the altitude in preparation for the Grand Raid Réunion 2010.
The common starting on the two courses (23 and 42km) is fixed at 8.30. We start in the midfield and double many competitors in the first 6 miles flat to avoid congestion at the entrance of the 1st ascent (600m + D).
The pace is sustained in the climb, I double many trailers and revival on each serving plate. A stop just a minute I open my ravito on which eco-cup light of UTMB and is gone for a re-ascent of 1200m to 2682m in Hat Constable.

Always a sustained pace, without pausing and as regular as possible. I have very good feelings uphill double and even many competitors. The last 100 meters to the summit are a real ordeal. A frightfully steep slope with hands couantes galore. Once over the summit, there are only virtually but also the descent of 1500m D-swallowing. Yves picks me up a little in this but will soon return to me shortly before ravitos from km 30.

Until 30th km, I fired up and I am delighted to have an impressive doubling of competitors. A lack of moisture in summer heat and I have Quadris starting to hurt. The endless ski slopes does not help. At 20days of UTMB, AC would be stupid to get hurt, so I slowed the pace, passes a dozen competitors to finish in 5:42.

Statistics

J-27 before UTMB 2010. Great and eternal
question, how many hours will I make to complete this mythical ultra trail? Ideally between 35 and 40 hours.
If we analyze the rankings the past 4 years, almost half of the finishers are between 40-45h to complete the course.

As we approach the big event of the year you after BMTU conducted last year by Basil accompanied by Ultrasteph and Janne (see here ) u e do little recognition of the UTMB for the course well ahead required. Just over 40km per day over 4 days. First step, Chamonix-Balme refuge of the second stage, the hut-Balme Courmayeur, tr oisième step Courmayeur-Champex, Champex Chamonix and then come full circle!

A total of 166km and 9500M of elevation gain. Max time to classify, 46h on day j, a priori, no problem at that level. A brilliant time, it crosses fingers to avoid the rain and snow late August during the event. The course is fairly rolling with a few exceptions. We obviously regret the move by St Gervais uninteresting and one or two passages under the posts of chair lift.

Congratulations and thank you for having accompanied us to Thib on this "hike" for less demanding sports.
