Before it t oo late and too late in the year, all our wishes for happiness and success on behalf of Team The Cordée ... let us not forget that health has apparently he spared neither Laurence or Ben who are both injured knee at the end of the year, albeit with a great advantage for Laurence who combined fractures ... I will say no more she would be able to be proud - ) good recovery to you both!

This year the Team is a bit scattered, with Ben in London, Gus in Congo Kinshasa, Laurence in the Jura , Mat Ouf in the Alps, Flo always Marseille and myself always Montpellier.
In terms of timing and key events of the year at this time include the participation of Flo in the Tour de l'Oisans and the Ecrins July 27, 2011 with 180 km and 12000 m of elevation gain, Flo has very nicely finished 2010 with his 18th place at the Festival of the Hospital late October 2010 while I was finishing painfully Diagonal of Fools. The training with Marseille Trail Club is well fruit and it is fun to see!
For my part, I intend to start the Ronda dels Cims Andorra with 170km and 11,900 m of vertical gain of 15 to 17 July 2011. The second highlight of the year should be for me (but I'm still undecided, this race despite all the beauty qu'UltraSteph lends a little scary ...) and the Tor Giant 24000m and its 330km of D + in the valley Aosta in mid September.
We will try to schedule our days in the coming weeks! Meanwhile, good recovery for those who do not stop at the winter and for other good rest!
