The heyday back and Team The Cordée activated! Beautiful motivation across France this weekend of 24-25 April 2010

• Ben, in great shape, took part in the Trail Balcons d'Azur in its long, 52km D 2400 m. He completed the course in 6:38 ET ranks in 32th position in overall ranking of 196. He finished 17th Annual in its class. Bravo!
  
  
• Weekend Driving Cordée of Olan - Chambery - Grenoble - Autrans in preparation for the Raid EDHEC Basile, Matt and Laura. Good Mountain Bike CO, bike and run, trail running, caving, beer, barbecue, snow, brake levers farts, portering, good mood ... A good big weekends of training as we love them!
  
  
• I attended the second edition of the Ultra Tour Mountains Marseille (UT2M). An ultra trail version of 130km off D 5800 m. Finisher at 26h30 for my greatest pleasure. My story on the website of Marseille Trail Club is by here.

What Is Bubble Inside Mouth

Raid Pays Laces of Montmirail

Approximately 100km Raid Multisport, 4000 m of elevation gain with Flo teammate. Orientation raid very nice, the very high level, but not on our side. Difficult to match for backpackers Orientation, but it is working:))

Beginning Saturday 12h00 by a relay trail 2x7km/2x240 D +. Ca hand very quickly, it jostles the outset, it also falls on the start line.

Everything comes together after CO, mountain biking with some passages a bit technical really excellent, archery, bike and run, CO Night in km vertical, sleep (if if we slept 5 hours!) sprint CO urban bike orienteering, mountain biking in route-tracing, with CO. aerial photography, and mountain biking ...

not forget the beautiful scenery, the Mont Ventoux lecture, my big error orientation of the first day we caught the 2:10 penalty in the early hours of Raid, snow from 1200m, some known faces on the raid, one before last place for most remain humble no matter what happens, a great teammate a tibia gutted but now healing, the beautiful (and good) and time course two guys completely emptied on arrival !!!!!!


ah and I forgot, good idea french fries sausage beer on arrival, the organization thank you:)

On the podium: Lafuma Vibram, followed by brothers Camus Garmin Scientec Team Nutrition, the second team Lafuma Vibram team and that's it!

Note the good performance of Montpellier MSO Chameleons mixed team ... it might be nice to train with them ...

The camera is as accurate as a microscope and has a broad scope. She has the magical quality of being able to photograph what you feel .

When an actor manages to contain his emotion as long as possible, the viewer senses that something is about to happen.

Faced with a strong emotional charge the actor does not stand up, it recognizes and uses it. But not to lose control of the game, forgetting that he is facing the camera, it must remain in its action, remember why it is there and what to do.

The constant return to image will give an educational response to these three fundamental questions:

- What makes the actor?

- What does it feel then?

- What is perceived by the viewer?

Thus the actor will realize that keeping control of his emotions is the fairest way to make it exist with force.

Fred Demont has produced numerous television series (Paris 16, Dock 13, 72 hours, missing files, Second B ...), he also wrote and directed short films (Be realistic ask the ' impossible Sabatho, All girls called Juliet, salmon ...) and has conducted training for actors face to the camera (Orchestra and Balcony).

Elsa Saladin toured feature films (Louis King child, the gift of Elena ...) Series (Aix Mélodie West Bay, C com c @ Julie Lescaut ...) short films (My man Easy, Visiting ...) it was cast (ads, feature films, ... series) and conducted trainings for the actor facing the camera with Fred Demont (Orchestra and Balcony) and Claudio Descalzi (Ecole Claude Mathieu).
