What Happens When Women Organsm

Laurence starting from Woodvale Challenge ... or crossing the Atlantic rowing

If radio silence on the blog of the Team Cordée does mean something, is that the 2009 season is over for everyone ... Of course we continue to run here and there, we beat the shit out mountain biking, climbing, in short, have fun on our own but time is rather to rest before the start of the 2010 season ... Some ideas of races already, but nothing totally fixed, except maybe the UTMB whose enrollment will begin soon ... For everyone, so ...

For Everyone ... except for Laurence . We have not really had the opportunity to introduce ourselves, but with Laurence that we ran this year the Raid EDHEC. Tell her she is awesome and it feels all embarrassed, yet he must admit that it is embarking on within a team of four women is simply awesome ... I know that the road will be long for her and her teammates, it will not be easy and certainly not a foregone conclusion given the immensity of the element it will face, but Come on! Take part in the departure and arrive with the necessary training for this competition alone requires compliance ... especially when we know it began rowing there are less than 6 months!

Wednesday, December 9, 2009, so with two days behind the schedule, Laurence and his three teammates will depart from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to row to rally the West Indies. In all, between 2300 and 3000 miles to go, to face the ocean in all its 33 teams and more or less large. The name of competition: The Woodvale Challenge ! In this competition, where some have chosen to meet the challenge alone, two women's teams will ... including that of Laurence. The crossing record for women is 52 days but I imagine that the difficulty should vary greatly depending on weather conditions.

I do not tell more on this great challenge, I am certainly not the best person to talk about but I wanted to share this favorite and invite you to follow the race and the team of Laurence (indeed there are two Laurence in the team) and encouraging if like me you are under the spell of such a challenge!
